Why Personal Training?

You need motivation, support and supervision:

There's nothing like a standing appointment to motivate you to train. Even when you're confident with your training, having the support of a trainer can help you push past the physical and mental barriers that may limit you. For example, when looking to attempt heavier weights or more advanced training methods; knowing there's someone there guiding you will make all the difference.

You're training for a sport or event:

Looking to run your first 5k? A marathon, or even a triathlon? With my help, you'll be able to train your body to cope with the challenges that each sport presents. Sport-specific programs will improve efficiency through better coordination and movement, which also lead to reduced chance of injury.

You have a specific illness, injury or condition:

Injury holding you back? Working with a trainer will help you find a program to correct specific issues, as well as avoiding problems in the future. Medical barriers to exercise may also be overcome with more specific program design, working alongside your doctor or specialist.

You're not seeing results:

Been exercising consistently, but still aren't seeing the changes you'd like? Hiring a trainer to look at your current program and eating habits will help you see where you could make changes to create more effective workouts. A trainer can also help you determine if the goals you've set are realistic for you.

You want to learn to exercise on your own:

Even if your goal is to create your own workouts and exercise by yourself, hiring a trainer for a few sessions can be a great benefit for learning the right way to exercise. For example, learn more about the muscles in your body, the exercises that target those muscles and how to do those exercises correctly. Just a few sessions can teach you a lot about your body and how it works
